Codex cli officially supports skills now

Been using agentos for about a week now, it’s great, good job on it.

I’ve been using it with Claude code and it’s working well, but I also really like codex and flip between them frequently. OpenAI just officially added codex skills support: https://developers.openai.com/codex/skills/

it would be great if agentos could support skills installation for codex similarly to Claude code. I realize they don’t have the subagent concept but it should still work pretty similarly.

over the holidays I can try and take a stab at a PR. Any interest?
