Error PSE001 - Standard properties and property sets validation during IFC file validation

Hello,

While validating an IFC file, I encountered the following recurring error:

In the IFC file, there is a property named “Source Identifier”, which represents a unique identifier created within the file and serves as a global unique ID reference. However, none of the standard property names defined in the IFC schema appear to match this “Source Identifier,” leading to the PSE001 validation error.
Could you please suggest the correct or recommended property name that should replace “Source Identifier” to comply with IFC property set definitions?

In addition any user defined property set can be captured. Property sets that are not declared as part of the IFC specification shall have a Name value not including the "Pset_" prefix.

The problem is simply in the naming of the IfcPropertySet. The Pset_ prefix is reserved for property sets that are published in the specification and are not supposed to contain additional properties outside of this definition.

You can add your custom property to a new property set that does not have a name starting with Pset_.
