Breadth testing smeagle

As discussed, we need to be able to test smeagle against large suites of binaries. One idea is to establish a "gold standard" gcc and clang version, plus flags, that should produce mostly-accurate location list info. We can compare smeagle's predictions about parameter locations to the location lists.
