Revert 'Align Start button to left' to default (center)

Unchecking 'Align Start button to left' then running Fixer does not revert Start button back to center.

As a fix for this (not using this program) do the following:

1. Right click Start button and select Settings
2. Click on Personalization
3. Click on Taskbar
4. Click drop down arrow on Task behaviors (may already be open) to reveal more settings
5. Under Taskbar alignment select Center
