Flyby11 issue with sign in options

Hi, I recently upgraded my HP laptop to win 11, using the Flyby11 tool and although everything seems to work ok, I have an issue with the sign in options in settings/account, where all the options are greyed out and I get the message "some of these options are managed by your organization". The laptop has kept the previous pin code that I was using with win 10 and I cannot even change the pin when pressing "win"+L because the option "forgot my pin" does not exist. I have been trying for several days now different solutions such as deleting all other accounts, playing with the registry and so on but nothing seems to resolve my issue. Any help or recommendations?
