Just a word to thank you for pushing into this level of service and quality of life 🙏 I didn't know what POPCNT was but just had AI explain it to me. Had never heard of it. Very good Flyby11 checks for this, as well as the SSE4.2. |

This fixed it:
reg delete "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\vdsldr.exe" /f
May want to add that to your instructions if you feel applicable.

vdsldr.exe can affect the behavior of the virtual disk service loader, and that might block the upgrade. I remember coming across that before but didnt really pay much attention to it. thanks for pointing it out |

do you have at-least 8GB of storage? for me it was because I didn't have enough storage and it kept giving me that error, not sure if its the main problem but it could be one |

I ran your utility FlyBy11 and and it shows red "X"s for for both checks. I know my computer meets the Popcnt and I have checked it by both CPUZ and also Coreinfo and both says it supports Popcnt. Cpu shows support for SSE4a for my AMD processor. What is the correct answer as to the answer if I try to install Windows 11 using bypassing hardware requirements. Of course I will be doing a complete diskcuplicate to a separate SSD drives. |

i tried downloading win 11 as normal, but it stops at 5% and says "Failed to download Windows Server" is there a solution for this, ive tried many versions of flyby yet nothing, changed to keep all my files, didnt work, keep nothing, didnt work, can someone help me? |

I really dont know the answers but when I have software installation
problems I have found ChatGPT to be very helpful and will give step by step
directions to find the problem.

After receiving lots of feedback, I've now repackaged Flyby11 with a new compatibility checker that specifically targets critical Windows 11 CPU features like POPCNT and SSE4.2 (via CpuCheckNative.dll, a small C++ linker Addon module that extends the application's functionality by enabling direct hardware feature detection).
There's no need to download any external files anymore.
In the first step, you'll simply be informed whether an upgrade is possible or not. If you see two red checkmarks in the compatibility checker, an upgrade using this app is pretty much off the table.
