Unable to upgrade keeping settings & Apps

Hi gents,

Was the intention to keep settings and files? Mine not showing option to "Keep files, settings, and apps"

Im using ISO: Win11_24H2_English_x64.iso
running windows: 21H2
Do not have compatible CPU :(7th Gen), nor a TPM module.

Read another post regarding language settings, my does not state anything about language, regardless my settings is as follows:
Get-WinSystemLocale
LCID Name DisplayName

---

1033 en-US English (United States)

Curious to know if upgrade is an option, or only option will be a fresh install?

Thanks for quick response, i did follow the advice.

Using int ISO, which I can confirm shows en-us and my language on my PC is also set to English US. Unless I'm missing something stupid, perhaps I can download US ISO instead and give that a try.

Same problem here, where I already replied in German. you should be able to spot the error easily or maybe you already have 😃

Wish i can say i found the error easily., but I'm clearly missing it!

Was meaning to respond, not just enough to make sure its the current active language (EN-US) it needs to be the only package installed on the system. confirmed with "dism /online /get-intl" that I still had GB on. remove the packages and magic, can now keep settings intact.
