Hi, I am in the UK, and I use EnglishInternational version. I am trying to do an in place upgrade from Win10 -> Win11, but despite downloading the Win11_24H2_EnglishInternational_x64.iso edition, I still see the keep everything option greyed out. Any ideas please?

Doesn't seem to be working for me I used the US language and got this error. I can install the international language though.

crazy traffic, too many requests then ms blocks it. try again later, maybe in 24h, or just grab the iso directly from the ms site (us english)
