Having Problem with Updating windows 11

I have download the English Version and the English Intentional version for the fly by release version 2.6 but I am having problems it wont let me save my profile at all the first line have tried both of them what can i do as I dont want to loose my info

same problem - windows 11 online is "english US or International"/ since i have English United Kingdom, i selected the international option, with no joy. i tried US version but also no joy.
its been suggested that hr reason for having the ghosted option to keep programs is because of a locale mismatch. hope this helps!
