Asus UX330 laptop, W10. The CPU is the issue according to WhyNotWin.
After 3 attempts, and getting the same error message - 0x8007000D-0x20009 - having scoured the web, I tried the solution posted here - (https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-10-update-error-0x8007000d/3846f46f-bcb2-4a66-825f-4bb1027576d7))
Tried the Install again, got to 100% in about 30 minutes, (previously it had stopped after a few minutes) it restarted a couple of times, then I got the Undoing Changes page...
I thought it was going to work, but sadly not - any ideas people?
