Can Flyoobe update 10 to 11 and keep all apps and files? If yes need user manual

Sorry -- I'm a lawyer, not a tech, but -- I have three newish Win 10 Dell Optiplexes in my wife's SOHO to update (next year) to Win 11.
(Just used Flyoobe to make the Optiplexes eligible for the Win 10 ESU - very nice and easy! But I saw that Flyoobe has a zillion options for upgrading to 11.)
So -

1. Can I use Flyoobe to update my three Win 10s to Win 11 while keeping all apps and files? If so, how?
2. Is there a user manual for all the Flyoobe (a) steps and (b) options?

@glnzglnz its super simple. either pick one of the many youtube tutorials (some are good) or

1. open Flyoobe > setup > upgrade required
2. download an iso via fido script or media creation tool, then drop/import it into the patch section.
3. since it’s an in-place upgrade, you can choose in the next windows setup step if you want to keep apps + settings > next and done ;)

everything you see in the oobe section is basically optional and just for setting up windows 11, but only after youve upgraded from windows 10 to 11.

So - if I release my current "InControl" settings and simply let Windows Update update our Optiplexes from Win 10 to Win 11, I understand that will save all apps and files.
Then, after I see that the PCs and their apps and files are running correctly in Win 11, can I use Flyoobe to slim down the new Win 11? This would be helpful in removing distractions from my wife's three SOHO staffers AND making Win 11 easier to grasp.
(In other words, I get the sense that the Flyoobe options are for post-install. Just trying to get the hang of this.)
