I have a new build (which has no installed OS at the moment) on which I am hoping to use FlyOOBE to set up Windows 11 with the various options, including no MS account. I'm not sure, from the info here, how to go about that.
I have downloaded a Win11 ISO, and have a license key ready to use, but no bootable install media. The Media Creation Tool, when run on a current Win10 PC, just flashes a logo and does nothing further. I do have a 25H2 ISO, which I just downloaded from MS. But it's too big to write to a DVD (and I don't have access to double-sided DVDs or a double-sided DVD writer).
I have an available 32GB USB stick. I assume just copying over the ISO to it won't make it bootable for installation purposes. Alternatively, we do have a W11 box that may be able to use Media creation Tool to create a bootable install USB. Also, apparently, I can use Rufus to create installable media on the USB stick & bypass the MS account requirement (yay!), but in either case how then do I use FlyOOBE to do the additional customizations I might want? The new PC meets W11 requirements, to the best of my knowledge, so that's not the issue. I just want to avoid a MS account and other bloat.
