Cant find the .exe

I looked through all the files and can't find any Winslop.exe
The closest I could find is Winslop.csproj but it doesnt seem to do anything
do I need some other program to run this?

I'm really new to github (I just now made a github account 2 mins ago) do I need another program to run this? (like asked above) I go to releases and this specific git project has 4 "assest" the .png picture the .zip and 2 others ("source code" so I assume I would). I download the .zip and then I double click through and I don't get far... any advice would be great. Thank you. Download Winslop-0.45.zip file, unzip it and open Winslop.exe that all)
