Cadquery master requires Python 3.9+

Doing a fresh install using the conda script fails as the cadquery package requires Python 3.9+ yet the conda pytyon version is set to 3.8.

I had the same problem, solved it by changing this line
conda create --name=$envName python=3.8 -y
to
conda create --name=$envName python=3.9 -y
in conda.sh

But now I get "NameError: name 'polydactyl' is not defined"
So I don't know if that's related or some other issue

The run_config.json on the master contains '"polydactyl": false,. When regenerating this file using ./generate_configuration.py` it is not present anymore.

I restored original run_config.json and only run ./src/dactyl_manuform.py

Note:
Added the shebang #!/usr/bin/python3 and made the py files executable.
