PPRO:When saving a preset, add ability to create StreamDeck key that triggers it

Basically, the code that saves a PPRO preset only creates the stand-alone script to apply the effect and saves it in a common location. To create a StreamDeck key connected to that newly saved preset still needs to be done manually. It'd be great to either be able to create the key on the StreamDeck (which may be tricky) or at least load the info needed to create the key into the clipboard so that it isn't quite as challenging to make a StreamDeck key to trigger applying the preset.
