Would you please add a rotate function for labels on the Wheel canvas?

I have a feature request.
Currently, labels on the Wheel canvas are static and cannot be rotated. It would be very helpful to have a function or parameter that allows rotating label text to align with the wheel’s segments or to a specific angle.
