[websocket: close 4016: Unknown encryption mode] Bot Almost Never Connects to Voice Channels Correctly

9/10 times this the logs I see, when my bot connects to a voice channel - meaning it appears in the channel, seems ok, but can't play audio or receive audio.

For a while forcing all my channels to be US East temporarily solved this issue, but then it started happening on those channels as well.

I've tried and tried to resolve this issue and simply cannot, it is library related.

Seems to be resolved in the latest master commit. Still testing to verify.
