Fix Codecov Github Action

Codecov now requires a token for all repos to prevent abuse.

Would you mind generating one or giving me access to the settings of the repo? That would help a lot. Thanks, @hyunsik .

Actually, I have been looking for a way to give collaborators including you admin privileges, but I couldn't. Today, I found this one. We may need to change this repo to an organization repo instead of a personal repo.

For the nexy step, I think there are two options:

1. Transfer this repo to bytesize-rs org
2. Create a new repo in bytesize-rs.
