Simulator does not work with open-ocpp v1.6.0

Just tried running the simulator with the library generated from the code on tag v1.6.0 (devel16),
when it connects with the ws server the status of all chargers goes to dead, nothing changes, no logs are thrown.

now when using the lib generated from v1.5.7 all works as expected.

is this expected?
