Here are some IPs, which put infinite requests, occupied too many bandwidth but refuse upload.
To used the list,you need Create a new .txt document，then Copy the below list into the .txt, and Change the File extension from .txt to .dat .After that,you can References the .dat in QB setting.
这里列出了部分吸血ip。你只需要新建一个文本文档（.txt），把以下内容复制进去，再把后缀改成dat，然后在你的下载工具（比如QB）里引用就可以了。
