how to deactivate to auto-unzip of downloaded .zips?

WIndows 11 Pro 24H2, qbittorrent enhanced 5.1.2.10
i cant find the place on where we can disable the automatic unzip of all packages...
...because all files i download, get unzipped automatically after the download is complete...

also i am missing something like an an "execution" button for the fetched trackers, to to update the list in
-->tools-->options-->BitTorrent

...because when i inserted an new link, nothing more happens. the app wont recognise my new url...
