Describe the solution you'd like

A lot of times, especially when trying to evaluate more experimentally-driven transportation problems, researchers draw from TransportationNetworks. Their network (and OD trip) data is encoded in *_flow.tntp, *_net.tntp, *_node.tntp, *_trips.tntp files. It would be beneficial to enable the loading of these various file formats in the respective transportation graph layers.

@RicoFio this suggestion is definitely a good idea! I am not familiar with the data format, but I am happy to incorporate the conversion process!
