v6.0 docs missing Consistency in notes, warning titles

Across the GenPipes documentation, there is discrepancy in how various notes, tips and warnings are displayed in the UI. Some of them have title, others don't. As good documentation practice, we must confirm to one style and stick to it. Review all such admonitions and fix the titles appropriately.
