Compile errors when installing "webkit-devtools-agent"

Hello,

After about 5 hours of trying to make gyp work on my Windows 7 x64 and finally following steps:

1. Install Visual Studio 2015 Express with the visual c++ option enabled ( when installing in advanced mode )
2. Install Python 2.7.x
3. setx GYP_MSVS_VERSION 2015

Aaaand after calling: npm install webkit-devtools-agent --save-dev I'm getting output as follows:

Because output is quite large and markdown has no option to put it into textarea I've put it on pastebin

I'm getting a similar error on gnu/linux with node 13.5
