feature request

Hello!

First of all, I want to say that you have written a good project.
I would like to use it as a basis for my needs.
Could you add the license files?
MIT is preferred for me, but you are free to choose something else.
It is about pgproto project too.

And I would like to add the following features in the future:

• the ability to authorize virtual users
• SSL support on the backend side (pggateway -> database)
• support for authorization via SCRAM-SHA-256
• maybe will need support for logging via the syslog protocol
• maybe will need some filters to remove/hide/mask sensitive data from logs

As proof of concept, first two thing almost done, you can see initial commits
