Oncoprinter enable submitting of data in same format as MutationMapper

Currently the genomic data input formats for [Oncoprinter](https://www.cbioportal.org/oncoprinter) and [MutationMapper](https://www.cbioportal.org/mutation_mapper) are different. It would be good if Oncoprinter could have additional ways of inputting genomic data:

- For OncoPrinter: allow users to input only chr,start,end,ref,alt same as MutationMapper and annotate with Genome Nexus
