[BUG] some CT scans broken for tcga studies

I want to take a look at the new CT scans added for the pan-cancer atlas patients. Whenever I click on the CT scan tab for any given patient, it gives me the following error message as per the screenshot below. What exactly am I doing wrong here? I'm viewing this on a Surface Pro 9 tablet. Perhaps the device is the issue. Furthermore, does anyone know how I can actually download these CT scans as a DICOM file to take a look at? I'm trying to see if the quality of the scans is appropriate for use as an external validation dataset for one of my studies.
