Mapped OncoTree term overflows to the wrong column

Hi! I'm using ontology_to_ontology_mapping_tool.py to map NCIT term IDs to OncoTree terms.
But some cases (e.g., NCIT:C3768, NCIT:C4290, NCIT:C9245), the NCIT term IDs are mapped to more than one OncoTree terms separated by comma and the second one is overflow to the 'COMMENTS' column.

I looked into this and it seems like the overflow happens when a single NCIT term maps to multiple OncoTree terms and the output isn’t being escaped/handled correctly during CSV generation.

I’d like to take this up and propose a fix (either consolidating values safely or updating the writer logic).
