"American Heart Association" data is wrong in NetFile

This is a note to debug later, I think it is a bug in Netfile. In the original Excel file downloaded (SFO, 2018; Filing ID = 171799001), some of the columns for the American Heart Association on Form 497 are mixed up:

For example, see how the "Bal_Name" is in the "Dist_No" column:

This is the origin of our error:
