Support for CA certs on bare IP addresses

Since Let's Encrypt has started issuing certs for IP addresses (currently in staging: https://letsencrypt.org/2025/07/01/issuing-our-first-ip-address-certificate/ ), it would be very nice if Caddy could request these certs.

Soon, probably. Doesn't really matter though since you can either build from source or download the latest CI artifacts from Actions.

Currently Let's Encrypt seems to be only support IP certs issue in staging environment now (which can be seen at the top part of https://letsencrypt.org/2025/07/01/issuing-our-first-ip-address-certificate#how-to-get-an-ip-address-cert), so there may be more time to wait for the complete release of IP certs support to prod environment in the next few months.

Support is already added in the released 2.10.1 version
