add documentation for adding new enterprise policies

Because of the innovative architecture, it is very easy to add enterprise policies to the Enterprise Policy Generator - there is no programming knowledge required at all. The Enterprise Policy Generator takes care of generating the user interface, policies.json output, save, load, export and import functionalities. You only have to add a configuration object to the configuration file, that's all.

Nevertheless, there are no community contributions so far and one important reason is that there is no documentation. There are many different types of policies, and it's not easy to contribute if you don't know how to do this. Even for me as main developer, it can sometimes be frustrating to add a new policy due to the lack of a documentation.

Therefore, a documentation should be created to explain all kinds of policies. This will improve the maintainability a lot.

Requirements:

• document all options for all kind of policies
• include examples
• should be English, German optionally
