[BUG] splitratio keybindings for dwindle layout no longer functional in Hyprland 0.54

Step 3. Describe the issue

After updating to Hyprland 0.54, the existing keybindings in my shell configuration that use splitratio to resize windows in the dwindle layout no longer function. The commands return ok when dispatched manually (hyprctl dispatch layoutmsg splitratio 0.1), but no window resizing occurs.

This affects all previously working keyboard shortcuts that adjusted split ratios between tiled windows. The issue occurs even with multiple tiled windows present and the target window focused.

No changes were made to the shell configuration other than updating to Hyprland 0.54. The keybindings in question were previously functional under earlier Hyprland versions.
