Support Cake 3.0.0

In order for Cake.Recipe to be compatible with Cake version 3.0.0, each and every referenced addin must support Cake 3.0.0. This issue will be used to track the full list of addins referenced in Cake.Recipe and whether or not they support Cake 3.0.0. When all referenced addins are upgraded to support Cake 3.0.0, we will automatically submit a PR to upgrade Cake.Recipe. In the mean time, this issue will be regularly updated when addins are updated with Cake 3.0.0 support.

@gep13 took care of Cake 3.0 support in #1019. This means that AddinDisco is now monitoring progress to upgrade to Cake 4.0.0 and this issue is no longer automatically maintained.

Therefore this issue can be safely closed.

This work has not been completed yet, as not all addins have been updated to versions that are using Cake 3.0.0, so I am going to re-open this for now.

Does that cause a problem for AddinDisco?
