Allow direct wallet restoration deeplinks (mass small gift campaigns to accelerate adoption)

Hi, we are trying push user experience further : general public and non crypto people (90% of people) are lost when restoring a wallet ("blockheight", "seedwords", WTF)

We can redirect them to CakeWallet website and store, but we need to propel them and put them on track we direct small amount gift :

So exact URI direct wallet creation should be :
