Ability to delete an account

As you can see in the screenshot, I have a “Primary account” and a “test” account.

The logic of adding the ability to delete accounts is simple:

1. user created an account, used it n number of times
2. deleted the “test” account and the entire transaction history of incoming/outgoing transactions
