v4.22.0 RC-1

This release of Cake Wallet includes full Monero hardware wallet support via Ledger, including USB + Bluetooth on Android and Bluetooth on iOS. It also contains a bevy of bug fixes and quality of life improvements, including proper seed verification for new wallets to ensure that everyone is backing up their seeds properly! More details:

• Monero Ledger
  • Monero now has full support for hardware wallets via Ledger Flex, Stax, and Nano X on both Android and iOS!
• Seed phrase verification/improvements
  • This will drastically improve the on-boarding experience for new users, and ensure that ALL new users save their seed phrase.
• Balance hiding UX improvements
  • Much easier hiding/showing of balance on the fly, no longer forcing users to dig into display settings. Simply tap on the balance to show or hide it -- that's it!

when i downloaded Cake_Wallet_v4.22.0-arm64-v8a.apk, then i choose to install on my android devices, my os version is android12, why is the google play store says the apk its not safe for my device?
