Decred UX for Addresses - Make it more visible than new addresses are generated each time user opens the recieve tab

From what I've seen , the other crypto wallets do not change addresses, so it makes sense a new user would be confused why their DCR address is changing.

EDIT: Sorry, a new address is generated for every new transaction, not when user opens receive tab.
