Rename Wallets from the Wallets Menu

Description

The app currently doesn't allow users to rename wallets from the "Wallets" menu, so this enhancement request proposes adding this functionality.

Proposed Changes

• Add a "Rename" or "Edit" option to the "Wallets" menu.
• When the "Rename" or "Edit" option is selected, a text input field will appear, allowing the user to enter a new name for the wallet.
• The new name will be saved and reflected in the wallets menu and throughout the app.
• Add a confirmation prompt to ensure the user intends to rename the wallet, to prevent accidental changes.

Rationale

By adding this feature, there will be a more convenient way to rename wallets.
