Where is the v5.0.1 for linux?

v5.0.1 was a quick fix for an issue on Mobile platforms, so only iOS and Android got the update
you can download the Linux build from v5.0.0

I tried to install the Windows version Cake_Wallet_v5.0.0_Windows.exe, but Windows immediately aborted the process and quarantined the file, classifying it as a high-level threat because 'Program:Win32/Wacapew.C!ml' was detected.

I went to install a different wallet and actually RTFM. Right below the installation notes in regular small font, it said something like 'Be aware that some anti-virus programs will report this as being infected, but it is not.' and to 'always check your downloads checksums'.

Same virus detection for windows version. Downloaded the windows binary to WSL Ubuntu linux via curl to check it and the sha256 digest is different to the published one.

The Sha256 hash doesn't match, I imagine because it went from "Beta.flatpak" to just ".flatpak"

When will the new hashes be posted?

for the Windows defender marking the app as potential virus, we are working on getting this fixed and the app to be certified.

for the Sha256 of the flatpak build, it matches correctly.
