[SUGGESTION] Add the library to the Python Package Index

Hello!
I really liked using this library (of babel) and i was wandering whether there was a python package over on PyPI in order to install it easily with pip install library-of-babel for example.

I think it would be awesome for all interested and curious people to play around with this library with just one command.

Please tell me if it already exists and I'm just a moron.
