Not syncing with Google calendar ?

None of my meetings seem to sync properly with my google calendar, I've asked 3 different people I know to book a test meeting with me but the result is the same every time, any idea why?

i saw your post on google security so have also tried this with my other emails that i have been interacting and sensing files to myself with for years with but the result is the same, obviously i also accept the meeting etc
