[CAL-2962] Time blocks: Free up slots on schedule based on specific event in calendar

I want to be able to

• Create event(s) in my calendar with a specific title. eg "Contributor Roundtable"
• Create an availability schedule
  • Use "Time Block" to mark myself as available when I have a calendar event with the same name. eg "Contributor Roundtable"
• Create an event type
  • Select the Availability schedule I just created

So the result is:

• Availability will show as usual plus show for the times of the event(s) in my calendar titled "Contributor Roundtable"

Example use case

• Offering availability and seats for a 1 hour slot that I offer every two weeks.
