[CAL-4936] Instant meeting insights

im envisioning one row per instant call generatedcolumns:

• meeting created time
• host join time (whenever an agent from deel joined the call, null no joined)
• email of the host who joined (or null)
• meeting duration
• event name
• did user schedule call yes/no (if the timeout of 90s happened, no one joined, user decided on schedule a call on same event)
