"New" button sizing inconsistent between Workflows and Event Types pages

Issue Summary

The "New" button on the Workflows page appears smaller than the identical "New" button on the Event Types homepage when viewed on desktop. Both buttons should have the same sizing and appearance.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Event Types page (homepage)
2. Observe the "New" button in the top right
3. Navigate to the Workflows page
4. Compare the "New" button size with home page "New" button

Actual Results

• The Workflows "New" button has no minimum width/height constraints on desktop

Expected Results

• Both "New" buttons should look identical
