API v2 - add integration options for update booking location endpoint

This PR here #25367 adds an API v2 endpoint to update the location of an existing booking. However, we can't update location value as google meet, cal video or zoom since that would require generating a new meeting link and then updating location. We need to add support for google meet, cal video and zoom.

Ideally first we validate credentials, then create a new meeting link and update the location.
