Update repository, artifacts, and documentation to reflect official container support

You may have noticed that changes are occurring in this repository to formalize containers as an officially supported deployment method for the Cal.com stack.

We wanted to communicate some things that are currently happening and some things that are upcoming.

• There may be some breaking changes. We will do our best to communicate those. As support is formalized, we will tag a minimum "officially supported" version.
• Updates to the documentation in both the Repository and the cal.com/docs, for consistency
• (under evaluation) Consolidate container documentation and dockerfiles, for artifact availability and consistency
• Update licenses and repository documentation for parity with other Cal.com components
• Clarify license and subscription requirements for support options available to subscribers
• Add ARM images
• Improve dockerfile and update base image versions
• Add and publish Helm charts for kubernetes usage (support options for kubernetes users are under evaluation)
• Publish APIv2 container image and include in documentation
• Clean up existing issues, and clarify where to open issues for different support needs
• (other misc updates)

During cleanup, if you had an issue that was closed and you believe that was incorrect, please reopen it.
Finally, there may be things that need require additional work in the core cal.com codebase, and we will help communicate that.
