Prepare v7.3.0 release

This modified version of the open-conference-url workflow (based on v7.2.0) includes:
- An Alfred variable allowing the user to define a custom keyword.
- An optional Hotkey trigger for launching the workflow.

These additions improve usability and accessibility without affecting the core logic.
