There is no LICENSE file to indicate what license (e.g. MIT, Apache 2.0, .. etc. etc.) this library is shared/may-be-used under.
To best protect your efforts and IP (but also for the consumers [developers/companies producing projects/applications] of your library !!), I would highly encourage you to add this information and to include copyright attributions to yourself and any/all contributors of this project!
Without explicit license information, this library is NOT suitable for commercial/public use, it could (potentially) result in nasty legal issues...
