add buildFeatures to example/app/build.gradle

I cant find example/android/app/build.gradle in the new template. I need to add build features - databinding

buildFeatures {
    dataBinding true
}

• create-react-native-library
• react-native-builder-bob

default test app Kotlin/Objective-C

Ok. I did it inside project build.gradle

allprojects {
    afterEvaluate { project ->
      def androidExt = project.extensions.findByName("android")
      if (androidExt != null && project.name == "app") {
        androidExt.buildFeatures.dataBinding = true
      }
