Ability to exclude/filter private packages

Hi 👋 - currently, I'm working on a project where we consume a few private libraries that we want to keep out of the generated licenses (due to security concerns and wanting to keep the IP private). I'm wondering if it's possible to be able to pass a custom list of packages to exclude when launching the UI. For example:

ReactNativeLegal.launchLicenseListScreen('OSS Notice', {
  excludedPackages: ['@my-org/private-repo', '@my-org/private-repo-2'],
});

Hi @luke-h1, private libraries are excluded from the report by default as long as their package.json has private: true field. We're also adding unit test for that case #73 (review)
